Mia Hrescak

Mia has been practicing yoga since 2018, while still living in Chicago. After moving to Naples, she began teaching both yoga and Pilates and quickly discovered how much she loves helping people feel stronger, more flexible, and more at home in their bodies. Her classes blend mindful movement with just the right amount of challenge, offering a space to build strength, find balance, and breathe deeply.

Off the mat, Mia loves spending time with her dogs, family, and friends — the moments that keep her grateful and inspired every day.
