Attending the yoga class at Align & Revive was the perfect complement to my candle making experience. It felt incredibly rejuvenating to give our bodies the TLC they needed while waiting for our candles to set. The instructor created a welcoming and calming atmosphere, guiding us through invigorating poses and mindful breathing. It was a refreshing break that left us feeling both relaxed and energized. My sister and I are down for our annual vacation and Naples and we were sure to return to the amazing Megan and Company. We came to class is just about every day of our vacation. We had wonderful workouts, challenging workouts, and the absolute, best restorative yoga ever! I wish we could take them all home back to Boston with us. We will be sure to return next year. We took our first Arial class with Megan (with my 13 year old daughter).
The instruction was excellent and as out of towners we were made to feel very welcome!  Megan was warm and encouraging to us and the fellow students were kind too.  Positive vibes all around in this studio! Go check them out!
